These terms govern your purchase and use of plugins sold on PolyBright Labs by Poly Bright Ventures (“we”). By purchasing you agree to them.
1. License grant
On payment we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the plugin on the number of websites permitted by the tier you purchased (Personal: 1, Developer: 5, Business: 25). A “website” means one production domain. Local development and staging domains do not count.
2. GPL notice
The PHP code of our plugins is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later, as required for WordPress plugins. Your purchase covers the license key, automatic updates, and support — which are services provided only to paying customers and are not covered by the GPL.
3. Updates and support
A valid license includes updates and email support for the current major version of the plugin for as long as we sell it. Support covers the plugin’s own features; it does not cover custom development, theme conflicts caused by third-party code, or hosting issues.
4. Restrictions
You may not share, resell, or publish your license key; use one key beyond its site limit; or misrepresent our plugins as your own product. We may revoke licenses used in breach of these terms without refund.
5. Payments and taxes
Prices are in US dollars. Indian customers are charged 18% GST at checkout and receive a GST invoice. Customers outside India are responsible for any taxes due in their own country.

7. Warranty and liability
Plugins are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee they will meet every requirement or run error-free on every configuration. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plugin. Always maintain independent backups.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
