How payment works
All purchases on Poly Bright Labs are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not see, receive, or store your full card number, UPI PIN, or net banking credentials at any point — Razorpay handles that directly, under its own security and privacy standards.
Accepted payment methods
Depending on your bank and location, Razorpay supports credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other locally available methods at checkout. Available options are shown automatically on the payment screen based on what Razorpay can offer for your card or bank.
Currency and pricing
All prices are listed and charged in USD. If your card or bank account is in a different currency, your bank or card network will convert the charge at their own exchange rate, which may include a small conversion fee outside our control.
GST for Indian buyers
Billing addresses in India are charged 18% GST at checkout, as required by Indian law, and a GST tax invoice is generated automatically for every order. Buyers billing outside India are not charged GST. See your order confirmation email for the invoice, or contact support if you need it resent.
Failed or declined payments
If a payment fails or is declined, no license key is issued and you have not been charged — Razorpay only completes an order once a payment is successfully authorized. If your bank shows a pending or failed charge that does not match this, that is a bank-side authorization hold, not a completed payment to us, and it should clear automatically; contact your bank if it does not.
Payment security
Razorpay is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, the highest level of payment security certification. Your payment details are transmitted directly to Razorpay over an encrypted connection and never pass through or get stored on our own servers.
