14-day money-back guarantee
If a plugin does not work as described on your site and our support team cannot resolve the issue, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Email polybrightventures@gmail.com from the address used at checkout with your order number and a short description of the problem.
What is not refundable
Refund requests made after 14 days; purchases where the plugin has been activated on more than one production site; requests based on features that were never advertised; and change of mind after successful use. Because plugins are digital goods delivered instantly, we ask that you review the product page and FAQ before buying.
What happens to your license
When a refund is issued, the license key from that order is revoked automatically. The plugin will stop receiving updates and support, and its license status will show as invalid on any site where it is installed. You must remove the plugin from your sites.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. GST collected on Indian orders is refunded along with the purchase amount.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank — we resolve genuine issues quickly. Chargebacks filed without contacting support result in immediate license revocation.
