Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, and an order cannot be cancelled once it is placed. Because a license key is issued and a download is made available the moment payment completes, there is no window between “ordered” and “delivered” in which a cancellation could apply — by the time an order exists, it has already been fulfilled.

Because our products are digital software delivered instantly — including a downloadable plugin file and a license key that unlocks paid features immediately upon purchase — a purchase cannot be “returned.” Once you receive the download and license key, the product has been delivered in full.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are buying a digital product that is delivered immediately. No refund, return, exchange, or cancellation will be provided once the order is complete, whether or not you download or activate the software. You have reviewed the product description, features, tier, and system requirements before purchasing. You have read and accepted the End User License Agreement for the specific plugin you purchased (linked on its own pricing page, e.g. Quick Restore’s EULA) and our Privacy Policy.

We offer a fully functional Free version of every PolyBright plugin so you can evaluate the core features before purchasing any paid tier. We strongly encourage you to install and test the Free version on your site first to confirm it works in your hosting environment — this is your opportunity to verify compatibility before you buy.

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to your success. If the paid software has a genuine defect or does not function as described, contact our support and we will work to resolve it — our priority is a working product, not a refund. License key issues, activation problems, download problems, or upgrade questions are handled promptly by support at no charge.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve an issue is a violation of this policy and our License Agreement. In such cases we reserve the right to suspend the associated license key and decline future service.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived. Where such law requires a remedy that this policy does not provide, that law prevails to the extent required.
