No physical shipping
Every product sold on Poly Bright Labs is digital software — a WordPress plugin delivered as a downloadable file, together with a license key. Nothing is manufactured, packaged, or physically shipped, so there is no shipping carrier, shipping fee, shipping address, or delivery timeframe involved in any order.
How delivery actually works
The moment your payment is successfully processed, two things happen automatically: a license key is generated and emailed to you, and the plugin download becomes available in your account and in the same email. There is no waiting period — delivery is instant, worldwide, regardless of your location, because there is no physical item in transit.
What to do if you do not receive your download
If your order completes but you do not see the delivery email within a few minutes, first check your spam or promotions folder. You can also access your license keys and downloads anytime by logging in and visiting My Account → Licenses. If it is still missing after that, contact support with your order number and we will resend it — this is a delivery issue, not a shipping delay, and is normally resolved within one business day.
Re-downloading later
Your purchase is not a one-time download link that expires — you can return to My Account → Licenses at any time to re-download the plugin file for any license you own, for as long as your license remains active.
